Halloween and Surprises
I have three things to tell y’all, and they are all vastly exciting so don’t do anything else until you read them.
1. I’m kicking myself for not posting this earlier, because it didn’t occur to me until now. But I figure that this might help some of you anyway, even if I was late. Even though it’s already almost over, Halloween is one of the best days of the year to train your Labrador. Why? Because you get tens, if not hundreds, of new people your Lab has probably never met before coming to you! Normally trainers tell you to take your Labrador out to crowded places to help socialize them around people. But tonight all those people are coming to you. You can work on barking and jumping while you’re at it too.
2. There’s a box on the menu to the right that says “Unless you want to MISS OUT….” and has two boxes, one for your name and one for your email. I wanted to make sure everyone understood what that was about. I am not asking for your email address to spam you– quite the opposite (I know how annoying that can be.) That sign-up box is an opportunity to receive reminders and important information right into your inbox instead of necessarily having to come to the website to find things out. So that’s just a head’s up– if you want special training advice and techniques that I DON’T always post here, just put your email and name in the form. It’s as simple as that.
3. I wasn’t sure I was going to post this yet, but I think I should. I am going to be releasing a really important new resource in a few days that I think most of you will find absolutely necessary to the success of your Labrador training. I can’t tell you what it is yet, but when you find out, I wouldn’t be surprised if a few of you started jumping for joy. Literally.
P.S.– the people that have subscribed to the email list are going to be finding out what’s up TWO DAYS before everyone who is just reading the blog, so if I were you, I would get my email address in right away so that you can get a head-start over everyone else who just reads the blog.
